ANNOUNCEMENT: Steeltoe Hystrix is moving into maintenance mode and will not be included in Steeltoe 4.0 #1070
Description
Given the popularity of Polly in the .NET ecosystem and that Netflix Hystrix has been in maintenance mode for years, it no longer makes sense to continue development on the Steeltoe implementation of Hystrix, and it will not be included in Steeltoe 4.0.
Bugs and security issues will still be addressed according to the support policies in earlier versions of Steeltoe that still include Hystrix.
