I have tested the plugin to be working on Stable / Beta / Preview branches, but not sure if I'm supposed to tick the testing section or a dissociated tester is supposed to do that.

You are correct, those boxes are for the Decky team to check when we verify a testing report fitting the testing report format is submitted etc.
