[Bug] Steam opens by itself #602

Describe the Bug
Hi, since I installed Millennium on Steam, I haven't understood why every now and then (there's no specific timing) Steam opens automatically and takes center stage, taking over all the other windows I have open at that moment.
I don't understand why, at first I thought it was due to an installed theme, but I've tried other themes with the exact same thing.
When I say it opens automatically, I mean the theme is closed as an icon.
Is there a solution? Thanks.
Expected Behavior
Open Steam, close Steam with X and Steam no longer has to appear in front of you whenever it wants.

I open Steam
closed in the tray
Automatically opens in the foreground randomly
