Before Requesting

• I found no existing issue matching my feature request
• This request is related to Millennium, and not a request for a specific theme/addon

Describe the feature you'd like!

1- When I go into the settings of a specific theme in the theme settings, it's very hard to find the setting I want to change. Therefore, I would like to request a search box from you.

2- I believe that making the drop-down menu within the theme fixed to the top title would be very helpful. This way, users can change categories without having to scroll all the way back up.
