- added missing resources - external dependencies replaced with NuGet packages - added .gitignore and .editorconfig files

This is a large patch, it's mostly fixed build errors (missing resources), replace libraries with nuget packages and fix couple of bugs. Hope i will find it useful. This is also resolve #1 issue.
