microK8s revival

starexec-kubernetes/microk8s needs revival. It runs containerised proxy provers ... starexec-proxy-provers. (Proxy provers can also run in starexec-containerised instead of regular StarExec .tgz packaged provers, but the execution and resource control is different.) It needs to be tested to see if it still works (it should), improved, and documented. Let me know.

I took a deep dive into the MicroK8s deployment locally and made some solid improvements to how it's handled. I also tweaked the Ingress settings so the Host Proxy gets picked up properly, plus I added some initial and feasibility tests to make sure the deployed Pod stays healthy.

Overall, the deployment's working smoothly, but give it a look to see if it fits what you had in mind.
