Optimizer not ingesting correctly Cloudflare remote SSE MCP server

Steps:

1. Run the remote workload

thv run --name cloudflare_docs https://docs.mcp.cloudflare.com/sse --transport sse

2. Optimizer won't ingest it

@gkatz2 The issue with ingestion has also been fixed in Optimizer. Once we make a release the fix should also get reflected in ToolHive :)
