Attach targetted Command.Parameterized to CommandContext #2217

@Faithcaio pointed out to me it would be useful to know what Command.Parameterized a command that is being executed is using, such that the metadata associated with it, such as the short description, can be obtained with ease.
This should be easy to do if I just attach the command to the appropriate literals.
