Create new database and import forums_empty.sql file from 'data' folder.

Create a copy of
.env.exampleto.envand add the values accordingly. -
To override any settings, create
forums/local_settings.pyand add the settings there. -
Python3 requirements:
sudo apt-get install python3-pip sudo apt-get install python3-dev default-libmysqlclient-dev
