This changeset updates the versions of
gcloud-javadependencies. In particular:core-javaandbaseare updated to the latest1.8.2release;2.8.0;1.101.1;2.2.0.Additionally, the Travis CI configuration has been replaced by the GH actions configuration. As this changeset does not target the
masterbranch (but rather,v1), the CI steps still do not include any publishing. The publishing is still performed manually if needed.The year value in the copyright headers has been updated to
2022.The own version of
gcloud-javamodules is set to1.8.2.
