Feature request - Interactive probe

Hi,
It would be great if the interactive probe figure with site maps can be there for all plots. For example the code w = sw.plot_unit_templates(we, sparsity =sparsity, backend="ipywidgets") plots an interactive figure with a probe on the far right and every unit shows up on the probe. It would be great to also have that for other plot commands such as for plotting amplitudes.

This is our plan to improve the interactive plotting (ipywidgets).
