ON=@PersonalSpace not working properly

Fires on char we try to step on
ARGN1 = should be STAM needed to step on the char
ARGN2 = should allow stepping over the char? or per wiki only npc step on npc?

however no matter which settings I try, the char let me step on him only once and thats when my stam is full. If its not, I cant even attempt to step on the char to trigger this trigger. The char for me is like a wall.

What value are on the ARGN ? they are null? I have null ARGS on Speech. Maybe it's related

Starting at ARGN1=10 and ARGN2=0
If I change them, they change. But doesnt do anything.

The issue here, specifically speaking about NPCs is hardcoded client behaviour. When client receives packet 0x20 - Draw Game Player it gets byte with flags on position 11. This flag handles, if player character ignores stepping on NPCs (CHARMODE_IGNOREMOBS = 0x80). Currently, the only way to get this flag (ignore npcs) is to have plevel > PLEVEL_Player.

If logged player doesn't have this flag, it doesn't try to walk over NPC and doesn't send walk packet.

If you enable the flag for everybody in the code and player movement gets rejected, its a spam wall with movement request packets from client trying to walk, until he stops using mouse movement in that direction.
