However, this setting ensures that a stationary character will not turn while hitting, even if their back is turned.

Normally, the running movement and the hitting do not make the same animation at the same time, either the running movement or the hitting movement is active, there is no point in moving while this is working, because the hitting movement is not visible while running fast anyway.
