@PartyDisband Master Logged Problem

When this happens and the Party manager leaves the game..
PARTY.MEMBER.0 does not leave its place to PARTY.MEMBER.1 and the party remains in the air, so no one can manage the party.

This could be fixed by passing master to another person in party.

Istead of Disbanding party here:

We could set new master (if there is another person)
