CAN_I_SCRIPTEDMORE

I am opening this issue to remind that is needed to be implemented sphere fully. The flag already added but it's just checking MORE1/2 at the moment, also all hardcoded systems need to check if the item has CAN_I_SCRIPTEDMORE flag to avoid using more values for overrides.
