Allow changing the output file of capture across tests.

Currently, you are stuck only being able to capture to the file declared within the rule.

`hoverfly.capture("path")` should be able to be called as many times as you want, meaning that a new recording to a new destination will start each time it's called. This makes it easy to update the data being recorded for multiple tests at one.
