BED-10007: Okta node and edge entity panels

Summary

Adds OpenGraph entity panels (info) for the Okta_Organization node kind in extension/schema.json:

• Description – overview text plus a link to the online documentation.
• Inbound Object Control – Explore links for super administrators and organization administrators, including group-inherited assignments, devices, and API tokens.
• Management – Explore links for Admin Console access and organization-scoped role assignments.
• Cross-Tenant Trust Relationships – Explore links for inbound and outbound trusts with external tenants and organizations.

The links are guarded Go templates keyed on the selected node's objectid. Panels for the remaining node and relationship kinds are under review and will follow in later commits on this branch.

Supersedes #50, which GitHub closed when the branch was renamed to satisfy the branch-name check.

Test plan

• Schema consistency script (Test-SchemaConsistency.ps1) passes
• Link encoding round-trip decodes every query
• pytest, ruff, mypy (the two mypy findings in lookup.py are pre-existing on main)
• Panels rendered and links executed on a BloodHound instance
