Feature or enhancement
- When hovering over the categories on task cards, a text popup should describe the category name
- Hovering over the favorite icon should have a stylized effect to make it appear more clickable to the user
- Unfavoriting should have the same visual pulse as when something is favorited, or the visual pulse should be removed to keep consistent
