Fixing issue #24 - Substitution data as string

Changes:

• Changes pom version from 0.12 to 0.13
• Adds css_inline
• Adds ability to do more complex content substitution
• Adds addition unit test logic for content substitution
• Adds sample app that demonstrates simple field substitution and array substitution
