People can register for archived groups

Description

If someone has bookmarked or has a link to the group details or group registration page of an archived group, they will be able to register for the archived group. i.e. You send out an email with a link to a group details page for a specific small group, someone remembers seeing the content and is able to find the email or has bookmarked the page, they will be able to register for the group even months or years after it has been archived.

Actual Behavior

Able to register for archived groups

Expected Behavior

Registration to archived groups would be blocked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a group details or group registration page on the public website
2. In another tab, on the internal site, Archive the group
3. Go back to the external site tab and register for the group.
4. You are added to the group.

Sure, the issue is with the Group Registration block, the Obsidian version.

I've archived the Gilbert group.

Use a saved link to get to the group registration page

Register successfully for the Gilbert group.
