[Bug] Library sidebar is not displayed when starting in the store

I checked the following before reporting a bug

• I found no existing issues matching my bug
• I found no existing issues matching my bug on the Millennium Repo
• I restarted Steam completely and checked if the bug is still there
• I have checked the theme options
• I use the latest version

Current Behavior

When Steam is started, the game library and user panel on the left side of the interface will not be displayed. You need to click the library tab to display it. In addition, some buttons on the user panel will be incorrectly displayed on the right side of the title bar.

Expected Behavior

It will be like in the screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the theme
2. Restart Steam
3. See the bug
4. Click the Library tab
5. The bug disappears

currently it is not possible to fix it properly, because the sidebar of steam is only loaded when you open the library page for the first time after startup. Workaround: Set this option in the Steam settings to Library
