As we decided to have the Tempest testing guide as part of a new e2e testing standard, this is not needed anymore. |

This is in preparation for the updated documentation on the transition from Powered Compute to Tempest, see SovereignCloudStack/standards#1047.
Should be merged in the moment the other PR is merged to have the official documentation updated.
