Add structured data to docusaurus

I'd prefer a way on adding structured data to docusaurus, e.g. community member profiles, supporting organizations or other data we want to reuse frequently.

This is heavily inspired on how we're currently building https://scs.community based on https://github.com/SovereignCloudStack/website. If there is a better and more recommended `react`-approach, I'm happy to tackle this!
