CiaB documentation vanished from docs.scs.community

There used to be a section "Other Guides" in IaaS Guides which included testbed and CiaB docs.
No more so. Maybe some restructuring @ OSISM that needs to be reflected?

We moved the Tested Guide & the Cloud in a Box Guide to new locations. The imports probably have to be fixed.

@maxwolfs - I'm trying to understand this and your help would be appreciated.

1. I assume that testbed and CiaB were imported before by

in docs.package.json, which no longer works due to @berendt moving things around.
2. I guess that readding it would work by adding in

which would add this to deployment-examples (where it was some time ago)
3. We'd need to determine whether this should be under deployment-examples (where some links still point to!) or maybe Other Guides where it used to live in the last months.
4. I can not commit anything as it requires some husky setup that needs more explanation than I can find in https://docs.scs.community/community/contribute/linting-guide/

I have moved it out of Other Guides so that the guides are more visible and independent of the actual OSISM documentation. In the SCS context, I think it makes the most sense to use docs/02-iaas (https://docs.scs.community/docs/category/iaas-layer).

I found the "IaaS/Guides/Other Guides" section not such a good place. The old place "IaaS/Guides/Deployment Examples/" was more logical. Making them more visible is a question of adding pointers IMVHO and I would not change the information hierarchy for it ...
This is just the SCS view, obviously OSISM may have somewhat different prios. But I'm certainly willing to discuss and learn, especially from @maxwolfs who has probably the best overview over the best structure ...
