- Cvar `entwatch_glow` to toggle - glowrange of 1000 so items far away aren't visible

- might need to add a cvar for setting if a handler is rechargeable for better 'empty' detection
- Remove glowing prop ngl feels like it could break at any moment but has worked in testing
Works without it :)
