Ghost image offset on iOS when page zoomed

Testing version 1.8.3 on iOS 12.1.4:
Ghost is positioned wrong (both horizontally and vertically) when the page is zoomed-in and scroll-position is not in top-left corner. If the zoom factor is large enough the ghost image may be totally offscreen.

This occurs both in Safari and in Chrome.
This occurs both with and without forceFallback.

On Android/Chrome there is no issue with ghost position for me.

@ThomasWeiser Please test out the ios-ghost branch to see if the issue is still present on there. I do not have an IOS device so I unfortunately cannot test this.

I've tested your patch. It doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Using _css(ghostEl, 'position', 'absolute') actually changes the position of the ghost. But again it's positioned wrong, now even with a zoom factor of 100%.

BTW, your code for browser detection may not be as intended. I guess the strings with the browser names should start upper-case: 'Safari' ... 'Chrome' ... 'Android'

I am aware the patch does not work. I can now test on IOS thanks to BrowserStack. I am working on a solution currently that emulates position: fixed on IOS, which does not allow for fixed positioning. The solution should be complete within the week and I will have you test it then.
