Error on CLI import

I get PHP error during the CLI import process :

It's typical since PHP 7.1 version...
Maybe you should specify PHP version compatibilities ? (I use 7.2.9 currently)

I got the same error with the very latest master (v1.2.3: fe30273).

I would say that Getid3 is too old for my version of PHP (7.2.9). After some search on the web it seems that, as @cgxxx said, it's a new error from PHP 7.1.

Browsing the getid3 original repo, I figured a quick fix: in app/Vendor/Getid3/module.audio.mp3.php, change line 1074 like that:

-                $firstframetestarray = array('error'=>'', 'warning'=>'', 'avdataend'=>$info['avdataend'], 'avdataoffset'=>$info['avdataoffset']);
+                $firstframetestarray = array('error' => array(), 'warning' => array(), 'avdataend' => $info['avdataend'], 'avdataoffset' => $info['avdataoffset']);

There might be other places where PHP fails, but at list I was able to import and play the songs.
