In case of that my Smartphone Application was always changing back to English i found out, that for EU is it possible to change the language. In my case is it German. I added in this PR a Dropdown for currently German and English, but i don't know which other languages are supported.

Will merge but only thing to note here is that this is only relevant for EU as other regions to take a language parameter.

Do you know which other languages are supported for the EU? Then i can add this to have it complete.

Why not implement all languages, available in the app also: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Danish, Polish, Finnish, Portugese ?
