Fixes #207.

Consequence for the code:

  • Needed to rewrite many Cypress e2e test, because of rendering differences.
  • Needed to create AppContext to save the open custom query group in the selection menu.
  • SparqlDataProvider can now return a meta property, allowing display of empty list and error messages inside the MyDatagrid component (in QueryResultList).
