gather all active deployments in an examples folder (name 'examples' TBD)

#69 has been prioritized because the oslo-kg-viewer is now live, and I'd like https://github.com/SolidLabResearch/generic-data-viewer-react-admin/tree/oslo-kg-viewer to just be a separate config that can be passed along at build time, that can coexist with the current demo config. Same for the onto-deside config: we could maybe have a folder examples with several folders inside: "demo", "onto-deside", "oslo-kg", etc, with the config.json + all queries in each folder separately. Then we can keep all our deployments of it in 1 repo at this stage, instead of spreading them out.

Solution: see directory main/configs, collecting all active deployments' configuration files and public resources.

The developer selects which configuration to activate and then runs or builds.
