ItemSets with less than 10 entries #171

Several alienDeployments have less than 10 itemsets for some of the data-entries. The effect seems to be that everyone is still armed, but for anyone who would have rolled an itemset that does not exist, that last entry is used instead.

For example, since there are 8 itemsets for "alienRank: 3" in STR_RECLAMATION_OF_AETHER_LABORATORY, anyone who would have rolled the 9th or 10th item set instead get the 8th. So 30% of those enemies get STR_MILKOR_MGL.

This might be intentional, but if not, this is the case for:

  • STR_RECLAMATION_OF_AETHER_LABORATORY: data-entry 0 and 1
  • STR_DOWNED_UFO: data-entry 1
  • STR_MANSION_DEFENSE_SYNDICATE: data-entry 1 and 2
  • STR_CYBERDREDNAUGHT_ASSAULT: data-entry 1
  • STR_CYBERWEB_FORTRESS_ASSAULT: data-entry 1
  • STR_MEDIUM_SCOUT_SECTOID: data-entry 1
  • STR_MEDIUM_SCOUT: data-entry 1
