Hello,

This PR is for add an example for accessing and plotting Metis L2 data.

  • The example file is in examples/plot_metis_l2.py
  • Also fix typo in sunpy-soar package in requirement.txt

Hope it helps, probably will add the pB inversion tutorial and image enhancement for Metis soon after.
