The GitHub integration browser check still selected Category while the new default-collapsed filter panel was closed. Open the filter disclosure and assert its default state before exercising category filtering. Keep the existing assertions and CI gates.
Update the empty feedback view to point users to New feedback without asking for URL or viewport details, matching the simplified manual composer.
Validation: production-style web build and the complete GitHub Apps browser acceptance passed with synthetic data. Formatting and release packaging checks passed. Required CI remains the merge gate.
