How to reproduce

It seems to be a universal issue. An oversight on retraction setting application. At the end of a skirt loop it will wipe but doesn't retract before starting to print the model. This means no retraction at the worst possible moment.

Actual results

You get the worst string of your print before laying your first loop. Since you can't choose print order, this string will often cut through your first layer and ruin the bottom layer's smoothness and compromise the bed adhesion

Expected results

It should retract at the end of the skirt.

Project file & Debug log uploads

Unnecessary. This is a universal feature fix
