Tally is added to the buttons, based on adlibs tally tagging system. When the adLib is considered current or next, the background becomes red or green respectively.

It's a draft. Pending merge of Sofie-Automation/sofie-core#1374 and release of core-integration, as well as some design decisions incl. about the colors and background vs border.
