The Soft Scan button is working with some delay or trigger locks the new S720 Scanner.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to the S720 in App Mode.
2. Open Stock Count and use the Soft button to Scan some barcode (I used UPC-A)
3. Keep scanning the sample barcode with reasonable speed ~1 scan per second.
   At the third or fourth scan the Scanner gets trigger locked and it stops scanning.
   It appears as the scanned data goes into a “buffer” and it is delayed. Later you can hear several consecutive confirmation beeps for the “missed” scans.
