Summary
Tutorial video production currently has three separate submissions with inconsistent names. This PR replaces #94, #96, and #97 with one coordinated submission while keeping each skill independently invocable:
tutorial-video-editor: compose existing camera and screencast recordings with presenter overlays, transitions, audio assembly, proxy previews, and verified final renders.tutorial-video-thumbnail: create reference-driven local YouTube thumbnails with short onboarding, editable Pillow composition, and visual checks.tutorial-video-publishing: produce transcript-grounded titles, descriptions, keywords, word-aligned chapters, and verified official documentation links, with complete inline output and local artifacts.Uses the clean, portable release packages from the prior PRs. Renames thumbnail and publishing manifests, prompts, and projects consistently; adds editor metadata and bytecode exclusions. Does not bundle virtual environments, model weights, private media, or generated caches. Media processing stays local, and none of these skills publishes videos to YouTube.
