Propagate high-SNR FPT detections to single-band fringe groups

Triangles which include a high-snr multi-band baseline should in principle allow for longer integrations on other legs of the triangle that do not have multiband. This functionality is missing in the obs_generator.py's "FPT()" function, and would be highly desirable.
