It works for versions 1.7.x, 1.8 / 1.9 (not tested)
Add players to the groups created in the plugin PermissionsEx and GroupManager.

Using commands you can add / remove players rank temporary or permanent.
Compatible with: PermissionsEx, GroupManager (more coming soon)

Commands:
/setrank [time] - The addition of player rank on time
/removerank - Remove player ranking
/skyranktime reload - reload plugin
Time format:
s, s, second - seconds
m, min, minute - minutes
h hour - hour
d day - days
w, week - weeks
mo, month - months
y, r, year - years
Examples: 1sec, 1day, 1mo, 1year
Permissions:
skyranktime.command.addrank - The ability to perform command / setrank and reloading plugin
skyranktime.command.removerank - The ability to perform command / removerank
