incompatible qos message poped up. #44
Description
New publisher discovered on on topic /sky360/config/updated, offering incompatible Qos. No messages will be received from it. Last incompatible policy : RELIABILITY.
It's hard for me to say the steps to reproduce as it kind of just came up while browsing rqt.
Will update the issue as soon as possible.
