Welcome to the RaspberryPi-CAN wiki!

This project describes the components (hardware and software) for a Raspberry PI centric network based on the CAN-Bus. The individual nodes are based on ARDUINO Nanos with a CAN-Bus module added. Possible node functionality may include:

  • Stepper Motor Control
  • Temperature Measurement
  • 120V/240V relay switch
  • Digital Read-Out (DRO) distance Measurement
  • Voltage / Current Sensor
  • CAN to RS-485 interface
