Hi there.
It is. The "Maximum minutes of inactivity before password is required" setting as part of Win - OIB - Compliance - U - Password policy enforces MaxInactivityTimeDeviceLock.

Additionally, display timeout, sleep settings and "Require a password when a computer wakes" is all being enforced as part of the Power and Device Lock policy.
