Support option "includeFullSkills" for querying SkillSets #10
Description
Currently the option to fetch SkillSets including details about skills is not supported by the toolkit, though it is available in the API.
It is possible to query the skills manually through iteration, but would be more convenient to have the option "includeFullSkills" supported.
