Dev magazine: If you use Boostrap template and any navigation template different from Horizontal, external URLs cannot be included

Dev magazine upgraded to version 1.1.60.2
1. Create a page based on Boostrap template
2. Add a navigation widget
3. Edit the widget, include External URL and select template different from Horizontal, 
for example - Pills
4. As a result: Exception occured while executing the controller. Check error logs for details.
