Describe the bug

Rendering Better End's Armored Elytra crashes the client with an AbstractMethodError. In my case it was triggered by EMI drawing the item in its sidebar while typing "bac" into the search box in the inventory screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Better end is installed
2. Open the inventory screen.
3. Type "bac" into the EMI search box.
   (The crash happens whenever EMI draws the Better End Armored Elytra, so scrolling the
   item list to it should also trigger it. I did not confirm that step separately.

Additional context

Workaround i found:
Blacklisting betterend:elytra_armored with Item Obliterator stops the crash.
