Queueing Barrage after Blast Doesn't Active Many Buffs

Description:

When you queue Barrage after Blast it doesn't activate Impetus or Burden of Power correctly.

Details:

Impetus when proc'd generates a 10% damage buff if you are at 4 Arcane Charges, otherwise it gives you 1 additional Arcane Charge, however if you queue Barrage with the Blast that proc'd it, it will instead not give you the buff and instead you get 1 Arcane Chagre. Likewise, if you queue Barrage after Blast at 5 Spellfire Spheres, the Barrage should trigger Burden of Power, but instead Burden will appear as a buff after the Barrage.
