The mining stat is based on mining ores. You gain more xp the better the ore is (50% chance to gain xp or none at all) Deepslate variants grant the same XP
Every level: +0.02 Mining Speed
Level 25 skill - Extra 5% chance for unbreaking to not take durability
Level 50 skill - Night vision and haste 2 below y 40
