Description

Updated list of components that can be removed to save power & added explanation of the power saving techniques.

Changes Made

• Added more specificity to the list of components removed when matter_platform_low_power is installed
• Added Matter peripheral support to the list for additional power savings
• Included explanation of power consumption to idle time/active mode tradeoff
