[request] Heating thermostat cluster server with `Occupancy` features

Feature description

I would have an heating thermostat cluster server with Heating and Occupancy features.
When enabled, thermostat is following the occupancy signal (occupancy attribute)

Requirement

Add support for:

• Occupancy feature
• UnoccupiedHeatingSetpoint attribute
• occupancy attribute

Additional context

• Matter feature: Occupancy
• Matter attributes:
  • UnoccupiedHeatingSetpoint
  • Occupancy

iOS26 Adaptive Temperature feature

Set your thermostat to automatically adjust when you’re on your way home, when you go to sleep, or when you’re away for an extended period of time. Your iPhone uses on-device intelligence to predict when you’re on your way home to bring it to the correct temperature by the time you get there, and adjusts the thermostat to save energy when you are far away from home. It also responds to the sleep schedule created on iPhone to adjust the temperature for when you go to sleep and wake up.

Thank you for your request! We already have both Occupancy and Thermostat - it'd be interesting to see them combined. I've added this to our roadmap.
