Rename Run telemetry, document ownership and guard release source - #28

Rename the Agent activity section to Run telemetry, record the ContextDaddy / Agent Inbox / PerformanceDaddy ownership split in the product, design and distribution docs, and make the release script refuse a mismatched commit, dirty or untracked source, or a binary older than its sources before signing. swift test --skip DesignSnapshotTests: 154 core tests pass; 25/26 ContextDaddy tests pass. The one failure isrendersLibraryAtSupportedWidthsWithoutLiveData, which asserts the process-cached AppKit scrollbar style and fails in combined local runs independent of this change.Refs #21. Not done here: native screen verification (computer-use provider unavailable), and the signed/notarized 0.2.8 release, which needs owner release authorization.
